In the capable hands of PAJ Property Maintenance Ltd your project will be as “Safe as Houses”. We are a family run business since 2004, we offer full bespoke management from the initial consultation with Architects to completion with County Council Certification. We offer high quality services with reliable, professional and friendly sub-contractors across multiple trades. We are comprehensively insured and offer a six to twelve month after sales advice and repairs service should there be any problems.
DESIGN & PLANNING
With our planning and design service PAJ can guide and assist you with your project from the very beginning. We work with selected Architects who provide our clients with accurate and detailed drawings with steel calculations if required. We work closely with Herts Building Control to assure your designs concur with the latest building regulations. You may have passed plans already drawn up which we are happy to assess and manage within the same guidelines.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Most of our contractors we have worked with for many years allowing PAJ to provide a well organised service and ensure a consistent quality of workmanship. Meaning we minimise down time between trades through continuous communication and trust that the work carried out will meet our highest standards. All trade disciplines are covered by professional tradesman. We liaise with Building Control ensuring periodic visits to site throughout construction for the necessary checks to be completed, thus ensuring building regulations are adhered to. Work is undertaken with consideration for noise, our surroundings and appearance on site during construction at all times.
COMPLETION & CERTIFICATION
When a project is complete, we meet with Building Control and provide the necessary paperwork for your project to be signed off. This includes Gas Safe, Part P Electrics, certification of tests for piling if required and relocation of services if necessary. Once Building Control have signed off your project you will receive local authority documentation stating the works have been completed to the latest regulations for that time period. Upon completion PAJ offer a comprehensive snagging service for problems that may occur in relation to the work carried out, this will be for a period of six or twelve months from completion.
